Senior Frontend Developer (Angular)

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer (Angular) with 7+ years of experience to lead the design and execution of scalable, high-performance web applications within a modern FinTech environment.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Leadership: Lead the design and delivery of scalable, performant, and accessible frontend architecture using the latest Angular standards.
• Business & Feature Ownership: Partner directly with global stakeholders to turn complex financial workflows into intuitive interfaces, driving features from concept to production.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Set engineering standards through code reviews, robust testing strategies (Unit, Integration, Cypress E2E), and CI/CD practices.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the global team to align local developments with company-wide FinTech and AI innovation roadmaps.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of commercial frontend development building complex, scalable, and responsive applications.
• Tech Stack:
  • Frontend (Primary): Angular 19+, Angular Material, Cypress
  • DevOps & Cloud: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitLab CI/Jenkins, Maven
• Core Skills: Microservices architecture, RESTful API design, SCRUM framework, excellent collaboration skills, and fluent English.

• Experience integrating AI/LLMs into development
• Working in geographically distributed teams

We Offer

• Salary: 130 - 160 PLN per month
• Location: Warsaw, MZ, Poland (Hybrid)
