Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET Core / C#)

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET Core / C#) to join Group107. You will join an established development team building and maintaining core systems in a regulated, open-environment financial ecosystem - including online account opening and digital signature (e-sign) platforms. This is a fully remote position (based in Ukraine) with full remote access to the client’s systems; daily collaboration with the client team is conducted in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack features (client and server) across several core organizational systems, such as online account opening and digital signature platforms.
• Write technical specifications and design solutions for new functionality.
• Build responsive Angular front-ends and robust.NET Core back-end services.
• Collaborate closely with an existing development team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Handle production inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to code quality through code review and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Hands-on experience with Angular 18+
• Experience with HTML and CSS
• Experience with .NET Core development
• Experience with SQL Server
• Experience with MongoDB
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git and GitHub
• Strong system-level thinking and ability to understand the broader technical picture.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong execution skills and ability to turn requirements into working solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed architecture, microservices, and integration with external services.
• Experience writing and running Unit Tests and participating in code review.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and working from Figma.
• Domain experience in fintech, banking, or online account opening.
