Job Description

• Impact: You will analyze, design, develop, and operate a highly available, backend system in a modern service-oriented architecture.
• Performance Focus: You will develop performant, scalable code for large data volumes and high access numbers with short response times and real-time processing.
• Develop Systems: You will optimize and maintain our backend landscape consisting of services, databases, caches, and interfaces (e.g., REST APIs).
• Take Responsibility: You will independently plan and implement challenging IT projects – from idea to productive operation.
• You Build It, You Run It: You will further develop our CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and ensure quality through unit and integration tests.
• Actively Shape AI: You will develop intelligent AI-supported features and identify new use cases for Artificial Intelligence in our products and internal processes. You will bring your own ideas and evaluate new technologies based on their added value.
• Share Knowledge: You will document solutions and actively pass on your know-how within the team.

Requirements

• Solid Experience: An excellent degree and at least 2 years of professional experience as a software developer (m/w/d).
• Golang Expertise: Very good knowledge of Golang.
• Database Know-how: Good knowledge of MySQL.
• DevOps Mindset: Experience with build and deployment processes as well as tools like Git, Docker, and ideally Jenkins.
• AI Enthusiasm: Interest in modern AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, AI-Assisted Development, or AI-APIs) and motivation to integrate them meaningfully into products and development processes.
• Quality Awareness: High standards for code quality and a self-responsible and structured working method.
• Analytical Thinking: Enjoy pragmatically and sustainably solving complex problems.
• Team Spirit: Team player, willingness to learn, and enjoyment in developing good software together.
• Passion for Development: Enthusiasm for modern technologies and the desire to continuously develop.
• Language Skills: Fluent German (at least C1 level).
