About the Position
Are you a Java Backend Developer? Are you looking for a large-scale long-term project, recent technologies, well-paid, and full remote? So this is for you!
We are seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer for a full remote position with a leading IT consulting company in Brussels, BE.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and design of new features.
- Development, integration, and support of several software components.
- Ensure technical directions and choices, design, realize, and validate long-term, reliable, and adaptive technical systems.
- Participation in daily scrum meetings with the project team.
- Maintenance (corrective, adaptive, and perfective) of applications.
Requirements
- Java developer with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Good experience & knowledge of the latest trends in Java, J2EE, Spring framework, Oracle, SQL, HTML, XML, XSD.
- Good knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST).
- Good experience in working in an Agile team.
- Experience with the following tools/frameworks: Maven, GIT.
- Good knowledge of Micro Services.
- Ability to work in English.
- Documents will be written in English.
- Master's degree is an asset.
- Experience with Angular is an asset.
- Experience with AWS and/or Cloud Technologies is an asset.
- Experience in PKI is an asset.

- Salary up to: 550€/day
- Worksite type: Remote only
- Contract type: Freelancer or Employee
