Senior Java Fullstack developer

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Java Fullstack Developer with extensive experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, SF, Angular, Spring Boot, JPA, Git, HTML5, JavaScript, ES6, CSS3, SASS, Oracle, SQL, Hibernate, webservices, AWS, Agile, and more for a role in Funchal, PT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and JPA.
• Design and implement user interfaces using Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
• Work with databases such as Oracle and SQL.
• Implement web services using SOAP and REST.
• Utilize version control systems like Git.
• Deploy applications on AWS Cloud Technologies.

Requirements

• Java: At least 8 years of experience (min. competence level 5)
• J2EE/JSP/SF: At least 5 years of experience (min. competence level 4)
• Angular: At least 5 years of experience (min. competence level 4)
• Spring Boot and JPA: At least 5 years of experience (min. competence level 4)
• Spring Framework: At least 5 years of experience (min. competence level 4)
• Git: At least 5 years of experience (min. competence level 4)
• HTML5, JavaScript, ES6, CSS3, SASS: At least 4 years of experience (min. competence level 3)
• Oracle and SQL: At least 4 years of experience (min. competence level 4)
• Hibernate: At least 2 years of experience (min. competence level 3)
• Webservices (SOAP, REST): At least 5 years of experience (min. competence level 3)
• AWS Cloud Technologies: At least 1 year of experience (min. competence level 2)
• Agile: At least 2 years of experience (min. competence level 3)

Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms.
