Senior PE / Assistant Project Manager - Web & Mobile

About the Position

We are seeking a motivated Senior Project Executive / Assistant Project Manager to manage the delivery of web and mobile application projects for our clients in Hong Kong. You will work closely with designers, developers, QA engineers, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in a digital agency or software house who enjoys managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application projects for clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal technical teams.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, define project scope, and prepare functional specifications.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Organize client meetings, project reviews, UAT sessions, and deployment activities.
• Manage project documentation, change requests, and project status reports.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional digital solutions and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
• 3-6 years of project management experience in a digital agency, software house, or technology company.
• Proven experience delivering website, mobile application, or digital platform projects.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and QA engineers.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certifications are advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms, e-commerce solutions, APIs, or cloud-based applications.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to perform under tight deadlines.
