Senior People & Culture Business Partner (f/m/d) – Ludwigsburg, Germany

Instagrid is at the forefront of the clean-tech revolution, and we are looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our team in Ludwigsburg, Germany. In this role, you will help us build a high-performing team and drive our mission to liberate clean energy now.

Responsibilities

Leader Partnerships:

• Own a broad portfolio of leader relationships across functions and levels.
• Translate business context into people priorities.
• Handle ER cases, employment questions, probation conversations, and manager coaching.

Drive Performance Culture:

• Lead the rollout and execution of our performance cycle.
• Build a culture of ongoing feedback and honest performance conversations.
• Support leaders in making timely, fair, and well-reasoned people decisions.

Leadership & L&D:

• Co-own and grow our leadership development offer.
• Identify capability gaps and design pragmatic interventions.

Talent & Organisation:

• Partner on org design questions, headcount decisions, and role scoping.
• Support hiring quality.
• Own job architecture maintenance and levelling.

Drive Change:

• Use AI to redesign how P&C works.
• Initiate continuous process improvements with adjacent teams.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of business partnering experience sitting at the leadership table.
• Experience in partnering with leaders in complex, fast-changing organizations.
• Deep understanding and experience with performance culture.
• Ability to partner with leaders as a peer, challenging and pushing back when necessary.
