Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, connecting technical and business priorities. Break down complex problems into actionable steps that drive product development.

The role supports the design and development of technologies that improve access to information. Responsibilities span the product execution cycle, including analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring solutions to users.

The Search team is reimagining how people search for information across contexts and devices. The work involves solving complex engineering challenges, expanding infrastructure, and maintaining an accessible, useful experience relied on by people globally.

Responsibilities

• Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
• Launch new products and features, test performance, and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams on technologies.
• Develop solutions by collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (for example, ideation to execution, end-to-end, or 0 to 1).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a technology- or business-related field.
• 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
• 5 years of experience in a business function or role, such as marketing, business operations, or consulting.
• 4 years of experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
• 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
• Knowledge of, or continued interest in, accessibility best practices and experience or curiosity in incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies.
