We are a modern e-commerce division responsible for the international online presence of currently 7 brands within the IONOS Group, making it one of the most important sales channels for our company. We work both in agile, cross-functional, and interdisciplinary teams, as well as in combination with agile project management for larger, complex initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for a product area of our websites and online shops or for a brand within the IONOS Group, collaborating with cross-functional experts.
• Continuously analyze and interpret user flows on the portal and in the checkout funnel.
• Monitor the key KPIs of our main websites and online shops, providing analysis and reports for management.
• Create and prioritize your backlog of improvements based on user feedback, business goals, and market insights, and align this with stakeholders.
• Conduct methodological analyses, such as market and competitive assessments, to identify user needs, trends, and opportunities for further development.
• Translate complex user and business requirements from various stakeholders into seamless workflows and conceptual ideas.
• Work closely in cross-functional collaboration and align with all relevant interfaces (development, technology, agencies, product management, product marketing, sales, customer service, etc.).
• Familiar with current UX design trends and effectively communicate and advocate for new ideas and concepts within the team and among stakeholders.

Requirements

• Successful degree or equivalent education.
• Several years of practical experience, ideally in software development.
• Familiarity with classical and agile methodologies.
• Mix of creativity and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Analytical thinking, initiative, commitment, courage, and a structured but pragmatic approach.
• Experience in working with stakeholders, creating epics and user stories, and managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Collaboratively develop the product vision with stakeholders and bring it to life.
• Passion for digital innovation and a strong interest in new technologies and trends.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Quality awareness, willingness to perform, and initiative.
• Enjoyment of technical topics and digital products.
• Proficiency in tools like G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Atlassian/JIRA, or Confluence.
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English and German.
