Senior Project Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in project management to join our global team. Manage day-to-day project execution and ensure smooth delivery.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Own and manage day-to-day project execution, including committed scope, task coordination, and change requests. Ensure smooth delivery at the tactical level, enabling the Program Manager to focus on the broader program strategy and long-term planning.
• Documentation and Reporting: Provide regular, transparent project status updates by monitoring delivery health and performance metrics. Maintain and analyze Jira reports and dashboards (e.g., capacity vs. velocity, burndown charts, and statistics views on a weekly basis) to support data-driven decision-making.
• Resource Allocation: Collaborate closely with project and technical leads on resource planning and assignments. Coordinate team members across multiple projects to ensure efficient resource utilization, balanced workloads, and accurate time reporting.
• Budget Management and Estimation Support: Collect, track, and monitor project budgets across sites, proactively managing constraints and limitations. Support frontend effort estimation and contribute to informed planning and forecasting.
• Stakeholder Communication and Alignment: Coordinate with site managers to ensure project deliverables align with agreed scope, priorities, and timelines. Work closely with the Frontend Program Manager and the Delivery & Service Manager to maintain alignment with broader frontend objectives and delivery commitments.
• Risk and Dependency Management: Identify, track, and actively manage project risks and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle. Maintain the Frontend Risk & Dependency Register, drive mitigation actions, and ensure key stakeholders are consistently informed of potential impacts and resolution paths.

Requirements

• Strong background in project management (PMP or Agile certifications preferred) with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in resource planning and cross-functional team management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Excel and Jira as must-have).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong background in presenting analytical data, monthly KPIs view.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Strategic thinking with an ability to balance immediate demands and long-term goals.
• The candidate must be ready to work an adjusted schedule to accommodate U.S. business needs, which includes overlapping hours outside the standard 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (CET time).

Nice to Have

• Clarity and PowerBI.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting.
