Senior Project Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Ralabs. This role involves managing software development projects, with a focus on connecting service platforms with suppliers.

About the Project

Our main project is a platform that connects service platforms with suppliers, allowing professionals (such as personal trainers) to offer relevant products to their customers. The platform enables:

• Service providers to add products to their profiles;
• Customers to purchase these products to support service providers;
• Commission distribution between suppliers, service providers, and platforms;
• Drop shipping directly from suppliers to customers.

In addition to this main project, the Senior Project Manager will gradually take ownership of other internal and external projects, as well as PMO process initiatives at Ralabs.

Team Size and Structure

The PMO team consists of 8 Project Managers, and the product team is currently forming, with up to 10 members expected.

Interview Stages

• Interview with the Recruiter – up to 30 min;
• Interview with our PMO – up to 1 hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the project team, ensuring goals, timelines, and deliverables are met;
• Plan, track, and control project progress to deliver on time and within budget;
• Define project scope and manage changes through change management best practices;
• Maintain an up-to-date roadmap with key features and client priorities;
• Balance client requests with team capacity and technical work;
• Organize all project documentation - plans, reports, meeting notes, change logs;
• Communicate transparently with all stakeholders about progress, risks, and decisions;
• Manage project budget and milestone-based invoicing (Fixed-Price projects);
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies;
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations;
• Conduct project reviews and lessons-learned sessions;
• Actively participate in technical and non-technical discussions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Project Management experience in software development (web and mobile);
• Proven experience managing Fixed Price projects;
• Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies;
• Experience in risk management, stakeholder communication, and client management (US, UK, EU);
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC);
• Experience in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and epic management;
• Upper-intermediate English.

It would be a plus

• ICAgile, PMI, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance (or any other) certifications.
