About the Position

We are looking for a passionate UI/Visual Designer to join our design team for global e-commerce and gamification projects. You will be customizing the UI for various global brand campaigns, creating immersive digital worlds where users interact with world-renowned brands.

Responsibilities

Adapt and deeply customize the UI of our core product for various global brand campaigns.
Maintain, scale, and correctly utilize our extensive Figma component libraries.
Work on the visual reskinning of game assets and mini-game UI.
Participate in client syncs to present design concepts and collaborate on feedback.
Ensure the design is correctly implemented by developers.

Requirements

At least 3+ years of UX/UI experience in commercial projects, preferably for mobile applications.
Flawless Figma execution: Deep knowledge of auto-layouts, component libraries, variants, design tokens, and pixel-perfect spacing.
AI-friendly mindset: Eagerness to integrate AI into your daily workflow.
Strong graphic design skills, understanding of color theory, typography, and ability to create assets.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
A portfolio showcasing both your visual flair and technical UI structure.
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Nice to Have

Experience with loyalty campaigns or gamification, e-commerce.
Experience with Adobe AfterEffects, Rive (or similar), Spline.
Experience with illustration creation.

About the Company

Our design team is excited to welcome a passionate UI/Visual Designer to work closely with them. You will join a highly professional design powerhouse consisting of a Lead UI/UX Designer, a Senior Graphic Designer, and a Senior UI/UX Designer. Because we manage a high volume of global sub-projects simultaneously, we maintain a senior-heavy team to ensure quality and creative autonomy across all adaptations. You will also work closely with our PM and the developers’ team on the client’s side to bring your designs to life.

Interview Process

Introduction (30 min): A brief call with our Recruiter to get to know each other.
Technical Sync (up to 1 h): A deep dive into your portfolio and professional skills with our Design Lead.
Client Meet-up: A final conversation with our Client. Since the client is a former designer themselves, this is a peer-to-peer discussion about design rationale and vision rather than a standard corporate interview.
