Senior Python Automation Tester

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Python Automation Tester to help you build and scale reliable automated test coverage across our delivery pipeline. You will work closely with the team to improve quality and release confidence through strong automation practices-apply now.

Responsibilities

• Design automated test solutions in Python to improve product quality
• Build and maintain reliable automated test suites for critical workflows
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to support fast, safe releases
• Review test coverage and prioritize automation for high-risk areas
• Collaborate with the team to align on quality goals and acceptance criteria
• Analyze test results and isolate defects using logs, Git history, and database checks
• Document test approaches and share best practices to improve consistency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Python test automation
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines
• 3+ years of experience with Git version control
• 3+ years of experience working with databases
• Senior-level ownership and leadership skills to drive quality practices
• Strong project delivery skills to plan and execute test automation work
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and clients
• English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
