Senior Python Developer

About the Position

We are inviting a Senior Python Developer to create secure, scalable backend services with Python and contribute to an engineering team focused on quality delivery. You will help integrate AI/LLM features, work with Django/Flask stacks, and support continuous improvement-apply today.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain scalable backend architectures and services
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software products
• Join code review cycles and provide feedback to uphold coding standards
• Boost application efficiency and troubleshoot technical challenges
• Manage connections and integrations with third-party APIs and services
• Prepare and maintain thorough technical documentation for new and existing features
• Follow and promote best practices across all stages of software development
• Assist in continuously improving team workflows and technical expertise

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering
• Strong knowledge of Python for building and supporting applications
• Experience integrating AI or Large Language Models (LLM) into development projects
• Solid expertise in database architecture, management, and optimization
• Proficiency using Git for source control and collaborative workflows
• Practical experience with Python web frameworks like Django or Flask
• Understanding of Python web server configuration and deployment
• Awareness of core security principles and how to apply them in software projects
• Experience delivering user authentication and authorization implementations
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate) in both speaking and writing
