Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Establish and support dependable backend structures that reflect business needs
• Examine code written by fellow developers to maintain dependable standards
• Liaise with a range of teams to define and sharpen project specifications
• Pinpoint and remedy demanding technical difficulties across every layer of the system
• Share input on structural choices and future technology planning
• Deliver mentorship and support to developers earlier in their careers
• Boost system performance while preserving steady and reliable operations
• Author clean, well-organized, and clearly annotated code
• Take an active role in sprint planning and effort estimation discussions
• Track emerging technologies, techniques, and industry movements

Requirements

• No less than 3 years of hands-on experience in software engineering
• Deep familiarity with Python and its essential libraries
• Applied experience designing databases and improving query performance
• Competent handling of Git for version control and joint development efforts
• Confirmed history of building applications with Python web frameworks
• Understanding of Python web servers and their deployment techniques
• Solid grounding in security principles and secure coding methods
• Familiarity with a range of software development methodologies and their application
• Demonstrated experience creating authentication and authorization solutions
• Foundational knowledge of AI concepts and their relevance to software work
• Capable English communication, spoken and written, at B2 level or higher

Nice to Have

• Understanding of Microservice Architecture Style and its application within distributed environments
• Experience using Python testing tools and methods to ensure dependable code
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies that promote structured development processes
