Senior Python Developer

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to strengthen our backend systems and deliver reliable services using Python in a collaborative, innovative team. You will work on API integrations, performance tuning, and AI/LLM adoption while reinforcing best practices-apply now.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain scalable backend architectures and services
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software products
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to uphold coding standards
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks and address technical challenges
• Implement and oversee integrations with third-party APIs and services
• Draft and maintain detailed technical documentation for features and changes
• Adhere to and promote best practices across the full software development process
• Help improve team workflows and grow shared technical expertise

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant software engineering experience
• Strong Python expertise for building and maintaining applications
• Practical experience integrating AI or Large Language Models (LLM) into projects
• Solid foundation in database architecture, management, and optimization
• Proficiency in Git for source control and team-based development
• Hands-on use of Python web frameworks, including Django or Flask
• Understanding of deploying and configuring Python web servers
• Knowledge of security principles and their application in software development
• Experience implementing user authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate) written and spoken
