Senior Requirements Engineer -Digital Investments

Responsibilities

• Identify the full range of business requirements and translate requirements into specific functional specifications for solution development and implementation.
• Analyze business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes.
• Create and execute against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation.
• Align with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management & Software Engineering) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers.
• Gather and structure business needs, clarify scope, and translate requirements into clear user stories for efficient delivery.
• Understand APIs, backend-frontend communication, and service-to-service flows well enough to assess feasibility and propose practical approaches.
• Keep product documentation up to date and consider reusability, production stability, and target architecture when shaping solutions.
• Support development by clarifying questions, analyzing production issues, supporting UAT, and contributing to release readiness.
• Focus on digital investment processes in online banking and help develop a customer-facing web application with high business relevance.

Requirements

• Must have

  • Broad experience in requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions, as part of scrum teams (working directly with the engineers).
  • Broad and strong experience in detailing and creation of User Stories, both front end and back end, as well as concepts and specifications for agile delivery teams.
  • Good analytical and communication skills, strong independence and initiative.
  • Experience working with APIs, microservices, JavaScript applications, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, agile delivery, digital front-end processes.
