About the Role

As a Senior Sales Manager (all genders) for regulated industries, you will acquire clients from regulated markets, particularly authorities and public institutions, insurance companies, banks, and energy providers for the digitalization services of our corporate group.

You speak the language of regulated markets, know the rules, and enjoy the trust of decision-makers. Together with our tech and consulting teams, you will turn requirements related to data protection, regulations, and procurement into viable offers.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise sales to federal, state, and municipal administrations, public institutions, insurance companies, banks, and energy providers, and other regulated industries
• Management of public tender and procurement processes, from bidder preparation to award
• Advising clients on regulatory, data protection, and compliance requirements in collaboration with our experts
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers
• Coordinating solutions with our tech and consulting teams
• Monitoring political and regulatory changes, funding programs, and market developments, and identifying early opportunities for our clients and us

Requirements

• At least 6 years of sales experience, predominantly in the enterprise environment of regulated markets
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, domain-specific data protection, compliance issues, and procurement processes (e.g., Federal Procurement Act)
• High credibility and authority in the industry, demonstrated by an existing network
• Experience in selling complex, explanation-required digital projects
• Very good German and fluent English skills
• Regular travel and presence at our locations
