Senior SAP CO Consultant

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior SAP CO-PA-PC Consultant (S/4HANA) to join an SAP S/4HANA implementation project in the execution phase for Adecoagro. The position requires experience in Controlling, Profitability Analysis, and Product Costing, with active participation in functional definitions and testing, under a hybrid work model: remote work with on-site client support approximately one day per week in Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities

• Configure and parameterize the SAP CO, CO-PA, and CO-PC modules to align with business requirements
• Analyze and resolve functional gaps by adjusting the overall solution design
• Develop and execute test cases, including Unit, SIT, and UAT, to ensure the quality of implemented solutions
• Provide support for the migration and loading of controlling master data
• Perform requirements gathering and produce functional documentation, including BBP and RICEFW specifications
• Coordinate integrations with the FI team and logistics modules such as MM, SD, and PP
• Train key users and provide support during the hypercare phase to ensure smooth adoption

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional relevant expertise in SAP CO, covering CCA, OPA, and PCA
• Experience participating in at least one full-cycle SAP project, from Explore to Go-Live
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Controlling, including the Universal Journal and the new data model
• Solid knowledge of Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), either costing-based or account-based
• Hands-on experience with Product Costing (CO-PC), including cost estimations and production orders
• Comfortable working in English-speaking environments (B2 level or higher)
