About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join our team. The Security Engineer helps design, deploy, and operate secure privileged access management solutions that align with business needs. The position is responsible for supporting operational innovation and providing security guidance to elevate the firm's security posture. The role focuses on implementing and supporting CyberArk Privileged Session Manager (PSM) capabilities to strengthen privileged access controls, session monitoring, and accountability across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Operate independently with minimal daily oversight required
- Design, implement, and maintain CyberArk Privileged Session Manager (PSM) solutions
- Support the onboarding of privileged accounts, administrators, and support teams into monitored session management processes
- Configure and maintain session monitoring, recording, and privileged access controls across enterprise platforms
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to secure high-privilege access while minimizing operational disruption
- Troubleshoot PSM connectivity, session management, and privileged access issues
- Assist teams in adopting secure session management practices and operational procedures
- Identify opportunities to strengthen privileged access governance and monitoring capabilities
- Provide support for critical security infrastructure components to maintain system availability and reliability
- Stay informed on privileged access management technologies, industry trends, and emerging security risks
- Collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and smooth operational handoffs
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Session Manager (PSM), including implementation, configuration, onboarding, session monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support
- Experience supporting privileged account access controls, session recording, and security monitoring capabilities
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, network protocols, endpoint administration, and enterprise authentication mechanisms
- Experience working with infrastructure, server, and application support teams to secure privileged access workflows
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
Nice to Have
- Experience with other CyberArk products including EPM, Vault, CPM, and PVWA
- Knowledge of privileged access governance, compliance, and access certification processes
- Experience onboarding support teams, administrators, and service accounts into CyberArk solutions
