Senior Stibo Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Stibo Developer to join our dynamic team in Hungary, where you will contribute to the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of Stibo STEP modules. Your expertise in Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) will play a critical role in enhancing our data systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Bring innovative solutions and design new architectural frameworks while mentoring and directing project teams through all phases
• Develop and adjust functionalities and features not available out-of-the-box to meet business requirements
• Translate supplier master data processes into technical setups with support from business analytics
• Enable customer team members to learn and understand the customized Stibo platform setup
• Operate effectively within environments featuring core Stibo layers, shared layers, and product development layers
• Ensure adherence to PIM and MDM best practices, while maintaining compliance with organizational and industry standards
• Configure and customize workflows, STEP data models, and STEP modules to align with business goals
• Implement solutions that enhance monitoring and reporting functions within the Stibo platform
• Manage and optimize end-to-end Stibo PIM implementations with a strong focus on STEP configurations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in technical development, configuration, and custom development of Stibo STEP modules
• Background in Product and Customer MDM, with showcase of exposure to data models, workflows, and STEP configurations
• Knowledge of Stibo solution functionalities, including out-of-the-box tool features and capabilities
• Familiarity with workflows design, setup, and variants creation in STEP environments
• Expertise in PIM architecture and design, including MDM/PIM best practices and development processes
• Flexibility to use monitoring and reporting functions within Stibo systems and solutions
• Demonstrated ability to drive Stibo PIM End-To-End implementations, including adjustments to meet specific business needs
