About the Position

Senior System Engineer (Programmer Analyst)

We are seeking a Senior System Engineer (Programmer Analyst) to handle end-user issues and asset management for a dedicated project in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Attending and troubleshooting issues related to assets – hardware and software
• Installation and management of laptops, including operating systems and hardware support
• OS and application installation and troubleshooting
• Coordinating user issues with the concerned team until resolution
• Keeping and updating the asset inventory of the project assets
• Allocation and recovery of assets – Chromebook, monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.
• Closing service requests on ServiceNow

Requirements

• OS and application installation
• Troubleshooting
• Asset inventory management

Nice to Have Skills

• Work experience on Windows 11 in end-user issue handling
• Troubleshooting basic network connectivity
• Working knowledge of Wi-Fi connectivity
• Software installation
• Chrome OS knowledge
• Experience on ServiceNow
