Senior Technical Consultant

Location: Redwood City, CA (100% telecommuting role)

Salary: $192,683.00 to $197,683.00/year

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
• Support, enhance, and fix solutions that support a rapidly growing business at a massive scale.
• Research and develop solutions for customer support cases using extensive product knowledge and troubleshooting techniques.
• Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance.
• Provide top-quality technical support assistance, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer technical issues through research, reproduction, and troubleshooting.
• Provide post-sale technical expertise during the installation, implementation, and maintenance of Reltio’s products.
• Provide detailed customer installation requirements and ensure the product functions according to specifications.
• Provide follow-up support to Reltio’s sales staff and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations, Management, Engineering, Analytics, Business, Language, Telecom, Math, Physics, Electrical/Electronics, or a related field of study.
• Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Demonstrated experience with:
  • Developing Master Data Management (MDM) software with several full life cycle implementations.
  • Configuring & validating the Comparator, Match tokens, Match & Merge setup, and survivorship rules in MDM.
  • Using ETL tools.
  • Cloud-based infrastructure concepts.
  • Programming/analysis/design with Java, Python, or SQL.
  • Data modeling.
  • SQS or other messaging systems such as JMS.
