About the Position

Senior Technical Partnerships Manager, Brazil (all genders)

Distribusion is the world’s leading ground transportation marketplace, providing seamless access to ground transportation online. We connect bus, rail, and ferry operators in 70+ countries with major online retailers like Google Maps and Booking.com. We are seeking a Senior Technical Partnerships Manager (all genders) to join our Partnerships team in Brazil and drive performance improvements of key carrier and retail partnerships.

Responsibilities

Provide technical consultation to new partners during product implementation to ensure certification standards are met.
Define and execute growth initiatives of both commercial and technical nature, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders.
Conceptualise and implement operational processes and tooling targeting automation.
Build relationships to enhance engagement with our product, guiding development for our core offerings and increasing stickiness to our brand.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. Consulting/Product/Partnership teams in start-ups).
Languages: Fluent in Portuguese.
Working knowledge of APIs and integration technologies, or a strong technical acumen and the ability to grasp new technologies quickly.
Strong commercial and technical relationship-building skills with key partners and stakeholders.
Strong data analytics skills to derive valuable insights to drive business decisions.
Effective in cross-functional project management, collaborating closely with both product and engineering teams.
Strong attention to detail, often finding bugs or mistakes in products and proactively fixing them.
