About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior UX Designer to drive the creation of intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences.
This role is responsible for leading end-to-end user experience design activities across complex products and platforms, translating customer needs and business objectives into compelling product experiences. As a key member of a cross-functional product team, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to define, design, validate, and optimize experiences that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user experience design activities across complex products and platforms
- Translate customer needs and business objectives into compelling product experiences
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, and business stakeholders
- Define, design, validate, and optimize experiences that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes
- Conduct and apply user research to inform design decisions
- Develop interaction design, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Influence decisions through customer insights, design rationale, and data
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and align design direction across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5-9 years of experience designing digital products in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design process and measurable business impact
- Proven experience conducting and applying user research
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and other UX design tools
- Skills in translating complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Strong communication, storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Background in enterprise SaaS, fintech, payments, banking, or B2B platforms
- Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and inclusive design practices
- Familiarity with design thinking, Lean UX, and agile product development methodologies
- Familiarity with analytics platforms and experimentation frameworks
- Experience mentoring designers or leading workstreams within a UX team
