About the Position

We're looking for a talented Senior Weapon Skin Artist to create premium-quality weapon cosmetics for Criminality, a leading Roblox game. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hard-surface art and can produce AAA-quality assets using a professional Blender → Marmoset → Substance Painter workflow.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality weapon skins that match Criminality's visual style.
• Texture and author realistic PBR materials using a high-to-low poly workflow.
• Collaborate with the team to iterate on concepts and deliver polished, production-ready assets.
• Ensure all assets are optimized for real-time use while maintaining exceptional visual quality.
