You will generate actionable insights from vast amounts of data, working directly at the interface between Business, Marketing, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Data Strategy & Ownership: Analyze the customer journey in our online shop and define KPIs for success.
• Insight Generation: Provide actionable insights, identify friction points, and derive optimization recommendations.
• Testing & Personalization: Support the CRO team with A/B tests and evaluate their impact on CLV.
• Tracking Architecture: Ensure precise tracking and maintain high data quality.
• Stakeholder Management: Prepare complex analyses for management to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Several years (5+) of experience in Web Analytics or Digital Analytics, ideally in a high-traffic e-commerce environment or with a SaaS provider.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Matomo, and BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Deep understanding of attribution models, customer journeys, and web technologies (HTML, JS, CSS).
• Critical thinking and a proactive approach to improving processes.
• Ability to communicate complex issues precisely and convincingly in both German and English.
