Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer - Azure

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer - Azure to design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, and automation, and thrives in Agile/Scrum environments while driving DevOps best practices across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available Azure cloud infrastructure
• Build, maintain, and optimize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Deploy and manage containerized applications on Azure Kubernetes Service
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Prometheus
• Ensure cloud security by implementing RBAC, Azure Key Vault, Azure Policy, and security best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues related to Azure infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to improve deployment automation and platform reliability
• Mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices across the engineering team

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure DevOps Services and Azure DevOps Pipelines
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Experience with AKS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Skills in scripting using PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• Expertise in CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps and source code management using Git/GitHub
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Prometheus
• Understanding of Azure networking and cloud security
• Background in working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
