About the Role
As a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer Lead, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications using.NET, React, AWS, and SQL Server technologies. You will be a valued member of the engineering team, working collaboratively with client stakeholders, business partners, cross-functional teams, and offshore delivery teams to drive high-quality software solutions and successful project outcomes.

In This Role, You Will
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET Core, React, AWS, SQL Server, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions that align with business objectives and architectural standards.
- Drive technical delivery, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions that meet performance and reliability requirements.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, troubleshooting, and implementation of development best practices.
- Partner with offshore teams to coordinate delivery activities, manage priorities, and ensure timely, high-quality project execution.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing enterprise applications using.NET Core / C# and modern software development frameworks.
- Hands-on expertise with React.js and JavaScript-based front-end development.
- Experience designing and deploying cloud-based solutions using AWS.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience leading technical teams, managing both functional and technical workstreams, and driving successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
- Experience collaborating effectively with distributed and offshore delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, debugging, and application performance optimization.
Nice to Have
- Experience within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
- Knowledge of modern cloud-native architectures and application modernization initiatives.
- Experience defining scalable software architectures and technical roadmaps.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous delivery optimization.
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships and serving as a trusted technical advisor.
- Passion for mentoring developers and fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
We Offer
- Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $64,000 – $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
