Senior .NET/C# Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in.NET, Azure Cloud Services, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and end-to-end software delivery, with the ability to guide technical teams and collaborate effectively across business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications using .NET, Azure Cloud Services, and SQL Server.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing healthcare domain solutions.
• Drive Azure DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Architect and optimize cloud-native and hybrid solutions on Microsoft Azure, focusing on scalability, availability, and security.
• Oversee database design, performance tuning, and data integrity for mission-critical SQL Server applications.
• Mentor development teams, provide technical guidance, and promote agile methodologies to improve delivery efficiency.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement continuous improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development using.NET/C# and SQL Server technologies.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end software delivery projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Platform services and cloud-based application architecture.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline implementation, release management, and DevOps best practices.
• Experience designing and supporting secure, scalable, and high-availability enterprise applications.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
