SEO Specialist

About the Position

We are currently looking for a SEO Specialist who will work with us on a contract basis and help with SEO for our clients. This is a part-time position, up to 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a Marketing Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive conversions for our online platform.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and expansion.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for website optimization and performance improvements.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions, and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to implement SEO recommendations and initiatives.
• Lead SEO projects and initiatives, including website migrations, redesigns, and international expansion efforts.

Requirements

• English level C1
• 3 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on B2B
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies and campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, SeRanking, and Ahrefs or similar
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Experience in working with different domains

3. Interview with the CEO: At this stage, acquaintance with the company founders takes place giving an opportunity to obtain detailed information about the company from the original source. This approach is driven by the fact that at Coax Software we select candidates for our team not for the period of the project, but solely with the expectation of long-term cooperation.
