Marketing Manager

About the Position

COAX Software develops products in the areas of e-commerce, fintech, real estate, travel in the markets of Europe, the USA, the UK, and other countries on an outsourced and outstaff basis. We work only on cool and truly relevant projects that make our lives better!

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager who will work with us on a contract basis and help with marketing for our clients. This is a part-time position, up to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage two active client projects simultaneously from discovery to delivery
• Conduct client, market, and competitor research and identify growth opportunities
• Develop marketing strategies, execution roadmaps, and KPIs aligned with business objectives
• Execute marketing initiatives in at least one core discipline (preferably two): SEO/AEO/GEO, PPC, Marketing Automation, or Brand & Experience
• Coordinate internal and external specialists, assign tasks, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Prepare pitch presentations and participate in client meetings and strategy sessions
• Monitor campaign and project performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations
• Track project progress, maintain accurate time records, and reporting

Requirements

• English level C1 or higher
• 3+ years of commercial experience with SEO and 1+ year with AEO/GEO best practices
• 2+ years with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing analytics
• Experience in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies in B2B
• Experience with Small & Medium Businesses
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Make, Zapier, etc.)
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or LinkedIn Ads
• Experience working in a marketing agency environment
• Experience with SaaS
