SERM Manager

About the Position

Join our fast-growing business group as a SERM Manager, responsible for monitoring and improving online brand presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring mentions of the company and brand across search engines, social media, blogs, and news platforms;
• Searching for negative reviews, comments, and articles online;
• Analyzing and evaluating search result rankings for branded keywords;
• Market analysis for project launches;
• Strategy development and planning;
• Adding products to platforms/marketplaces;
• Monitoring performance and reporting;
• Working on the removal of negative content from search engine results pages (SERPs);
• Creating accounts for various platforms.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of SEO and understanding of search engine optimization principles;
• Understanding of SMM fundamentals and experience working with social media platforms;
• Practical experience or confident use of tools such as Ahrefs, Google Alerts, SE Ranking, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, etc.;
• English proficiency Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (C1-C2);
• Experience working with forums and Q&A platforms (Reddit, Quora, etc.);
• Skills in content analysis and providing recommendations for improvement;
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
