Service Desk Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Medialine EuroTrade AG is seeking a Service Desk Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) for our renowned client in Frankfurt am Main, a global player in professional sports. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the M365 environment. You will be working in a state-of-the-art environment with modern tools.

Responsibilities

• Independent, timely handling and processing of incoming incident reports and customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email using a ticketing system.
• Installation, configuration, and rollout of hardware and software.
• Continuous monitoring of the IT infrastructure of our client.
• Maintenance of the customer documentation database.
• Error analysis and resolution of issues with standard IT equipment.
• Installation and maintenance of Windows clients.
• Continuous improvement of solution approaches and quality standards.

Requirements

• Successful completion of training in the IT sector, IT-oriented studies, or comparable qualifications.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows Client and Server, Office, M365).
• Good, in-depth knowledge in the field of networks (DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, Switching, Routing, Firewall).
• Ability to weigh a lot of information at once to make time-critical decisions quickly and independently.
• Strong customer and service orientation and the ability to communicate with users, colleagues, and other departments on an equal footing.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills.
