About the Position

Service Desk Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Medialine EuroTrade AG is looking for a Service Desk Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) for our renowned client in Frankfurt am Main, a global player in professional sports. This role offers a modern work environment and a contemporary tool landscape.

Responsibilities

Independent, timely handling and processing of incoming incident reports and customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email based on a ticketing system.
Installation, configuration, and rollout of hardware and software.
Continuous monitoring of the IT infrastructure of our client.
Maintenance of the customer documentation database.
Error analysis and resolution of issues with standard IT equipment.
Installation and maintenance of Windows clients.
Continuous improvement of solution approaches and our quality standards.

Requirements

Successful completion of training in the IT sector, IT-oriented studies, or comparable qualifications.
At least 3 years of professional experience.
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows Client and Server, Office, M365).
Solid knowledge in the field of networking (DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, Switching, Routing, Firewall).
Ability to weigh multiple pieces of information to make time-critical decisions quickly and independently.
Strong customer and service orientation, with the ability to communicate at eye level with users, colleagues, and other departments.
Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with other IT support tools and platforms.
Certifications in IT support or related fields.
