Service Excellence Associate (Remote)

This is a remote position open to any qualified candidate living in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Leading the effort of onboarding new employees into the organization.
• Facilitating classroom and virtual instructor-led training.
• Proposing and assisting in the creation of new procedures, products, or offerings which indirectly or directly generate training revenue.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of course materials and relevance to the target audience.
• Constructing curriculum development processes for both classroom-based and VILT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline. A combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of two years' experience in delivering training curriculum for adult learners, working within a process or project-related field. Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Salesforce, and Excel).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training, assist in process documentation, and manage projects.
• Ability to conduct research, collaborate with subject matter experts, and gather and interpret relevant data.
• Ability to write clear, concise explanations of complex concepts and engaging course content for a diverse audience of professionals.

We Offer

• Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
