About the Department

Die Geschäftseinheit Vestas North & Central Europe umfasst den Verkauf, die Errichtung und den Service von Vestas Windenergieanlagen in Zentraleuropa. Die Service Abteilung ist hierbei für die Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Anlagen verantwortlich. Unser Ziel ist es, die beste Geschäftseinheit innerhalb des Vestas Konzerns zu werden; Teamarbeit und Kommunikation sind dabei entscheidend für unser Vorankommen.

Your Tasks – Here You Can Make a Difference!

• You coordinate and prioritize service operations for the quick and sustainable resolution of system failures
• You plan the efficient deployment of technical resources, check open orders, and ensure timely processing
• You ensure the timely availability of materials and spare parts so that service operations can be carried out smoothly
• You work closely with service teams and internal interfaces, ensuring a continuous flow of information
• You make an important contribution to reducing downtime, increasing system availability, and ensuring high service quality
• You identify improvement potentials and help to make service processes continuously more efficient

Your Profile – How You Convince Us!

• You have completed a technical or commercial education
• You convince with structured work and the ability to coordinate processes effectively
• You have a technical basic understanding and easily grasp new topics
• You are skilled in the use of common IT applications, especially MS Office and SAP; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
• You have very good German and English language skills in speech and writing
• You work systematically and carefully, and maintain an overview even at high pace
• You value working together and always find the right language for exchanging with others
• You are characterized by the ability to adapt to different tasks and a solution-oriented and meticulous work approach
