About the Position
Are you ready to take ownership of impactful ServiceNow projects and shape modern IT service environments? We’re looking for a ServiceNow Senior Consultant who combines strong technical expertise with consulting skills to deliver high-quality ITSM solutions and drive real transformation for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, Request Management)
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical architectures
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and integrations
- Work with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Employee Center
- Structure and manage CMDB for hardware assets
- Handle data imports using Import Sets and CSV processing
- Lead workshops, testing, and project delivery (Agile environment)
- Act as a technical lead for sub-projects or project teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders and present solutions
- Support and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM
- Experience with:
- Service Catalog & Flow Designer
- CMDB structuring
- Import Sets & data processing
- Employee Center (standard configuration)
- Solid understanding of ITIL (ITIL 4 certification is a plus)
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CIS ITSM)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing requirements
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues
- Fluent in English and German (C1) for project communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAM
- Knowledge of CrowdStrike data models
- Familiarity with AI Pro / ITSM Pro features
