Shop and Brand Marketing Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Shop and Brand Marketing Manager to lead marketing campaigns for a premium brand in Hungary, focusing on store and online customer experiences. This role is crucial for shaping the marketing activities of a well-known international premium brand in Hungary.

Responsibilities

• Designing, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns for stores and the webshop.
• Managing promotions, in-store activations, events, and POS appearances from planning to execution.
• Supporting brand-building activities for the non-food business sector.
• Coordinating the visual appearance of stores (POS, decoration, communication tools) and continuously improving the customer experience.
• Planning and executing ATL and BTL marketing activities, including marketing support for new store openings and sales-boosting campaigns for existing stores.
• Coordinating the collaboration between external agencies and internal departments to ensure successful campaign implementation.
• Continuously monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs, and developing marketing proposals based on these insights.
• Planning, monitoring, and continuously analyzing and optimizing the effectiveness of marketing budgets and campaigns.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in marketing or economics is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience, primarily in retail, shopper marketing, trade marketing, or brand marketing.
• Experience in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL), promotions, and in-store activations.
• Proficiency in coordinating marketing activities for own store networks and online sales channels.
• Confident project management skills with experience in coordinating multiple parallel projects.
• Experience in collaborating with creative and media agencies, as well as internal departments.
• Practical experience in planning and managing marketing budgets.
• Business acumen, results-oriented thinking, and a customer-centric approach.
• Confident proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
