SMM Specialist

About the Position

Kharkiv IT Cluster is a community of over 1035+ technology companies and partners with business ties to Kharkiv, but influencing the industry's development worldwide. We are looking for an SMM Specialist to join our team and manage our social media presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and YouTube.
• Adapt texts: rewrite, highlights, video scripts, editing.
• Support offline events of the Cluster: filming, taking short interviews, making quick inclusions.
• Conduct basic analytics: view reach, interactions, content dynamics, and testing new formats.
• Launch advertising campaigns for specific events.
• Create video content: Reels, TikTok, Shorts, stories (filming + basic editing).
• Compile rubricator and content plans channel-wise and cross-channel.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SMM - regular management of pages, not one-time projects.
• Knowledge and specifics of content in various formats: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram.
• Understanding of how presence is built and senses are conveyed.
• Necessary audience work to build loyalty and interact with content units.
• Basic analytics: Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Sheets.
• Ability to convey complex things in simple words.
• Analysis and design of the customer journey.
• Understanding of creating multichannel chains and auto-funnels.
• Knowledge and ability to set up targeted advertising.
• Work with visuals - basic skills in Canva/Figma based on existing brand book.
• Understanding of formats and trend search: Reels, Shorts, stories, TikTok, event inclusions, quick responses.
• Ability to shoot and edit short videos (CapCut, VN, or others).
• Love for planning and structuring.
• Meeting deadlines.
