About the Role

To further expand our business, we are looking for dedicated colleagues who will help us shape the future of social commerce. You are familiar with TikTok beyond the For You Page and understand how brands build reach, community, and sales on the platform. You think about content holistically, along the entire customer journey – from the first attention to the purchase in the TikTok Shop.

We are expanding our social commerce team and are looking for you as a Social E-Commerce Consultant - TikTok (m/w/d).

You will develop strategies that enable brands to successfully use TikTok as a performance, community, and commerce channel. Together with our performance, creative, and e-commerce teams, you will develop scalable concepts for TikTok Shop, creator collaborations, live shopping, and social commerce campaigns. You will combine strategic consulting with operational implementation and ensure that content generates measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Social Commerce & TikTok Strategy: You will develop social commerce strategies with a focus on TikTok Shop, live shopping, creator marketing, and performance content. You will advise our clients on shop setups, content strategies, creator concepts, and the successful integration of TikTok into existing e-commerce strategies.
E-Commerce & Customer Journey: You understand the entire customer journey – from the first content interaction through product discovery and conversion to customer retention. You will develop measures to increase reach, conversion, and sales.
Project Management & Coordination: You will coordinate campaigns, productions, and creator collaborations, keep track of timings, budgets, and stakeholders, and ensure smooth project progress. You will work closely with clients and interdisciplinary teams from performance marketing, creative, content, and e-commerce.
Performance & Optimization: You will analyze campaign results, shop metrics, and performance data, derive optimization potentials, and develop concrete measures to increase sales, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Creator & Community: You will develop creator strategies, manage collaborations, and identify suitable influencers for different target groups and products.
Innovation: You will observe trends in social commerce, TikTok Shop, live shopping, and the creator economy, evaluate new features, and develop innovative consulting approaches for our clients. You will also be responsible for further developing our consulting portfolio in the field of social commerce and TikTok Shop.

Requirements

Your Profile

Several years of experience in social media, social commerce, or e-commerce.
Experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok Ads Manager, and ideally other commerce platforms such as Shopify or Shopware.
Understanding of e-commerce metrics such as conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, customer lifetime value, and customer journey.
Experience in developing or scaling TikTok shops, social commerce campaigns, or performance content.
Structured and self-motivated work style with a high level of customer orientation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration with performance, creative, and e-commerce teams.
Very good German and English language skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Shopify, Shopware, or other shop systems.
Experience in influencer and creator marketing.
Knowledge in live shopping and live commerce.
Experience with Amazon, Meta Shops, or other social commerce platforms.
Basic knowledge in content production and image and video editing.
