About the Position
We are looking for a Social Media Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for creating engaging content and a deep understanding of social media trends, we want you on board. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media content plan aligned with the global SMM strategy and marketing goals.
- Localize content for different markets, ensuring it resonates with local audiences.
- Create content ideas, titles, captions, and briefs for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the team on cross-geo campaigns and ensure proper localization.
- Monitor trends, memes, football news, and cultural events relevant to the audience.
- Conduct content analytics to track performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure quality and timing of content to maintain engagement and brand consistency.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM).
- 2+ years in content creation, including copywriting, news, memes, announcements, and trends.
- Deep understanding of sport/football: teams, players, tournaments, and context.
- Fluent in "meme language" and solid understanding of visual aesthetics.
- Good self-management skills: prioritization, focus, and discipline.
- Healthy impostor syndrome to continuously improve.
Nice to Have
- Experience in iGaming, betting, or casino projects.
- Basic skills in Photoshop and Figma.
- Understanding and using AI tools.
