About the Role and Mission

As an opportunity to grow in Android with real impact, on products used by millions of customers in the Super App (Inter Shop, Gift Card, Inter Cel, Recarga, Viagens).

Working in a modern stack (Compose, modular architecture, automated tests, SDUI) with increasing autonomy and support from a strong technical team - space to evolve without just repetitive execution.

Daily Responsibilities

• Deliver features in the area's products with quality, predictability, and business alignment.
• Ensure quality, performance, and stability in your own deliveries, reducing bugs, rework, and friction.
• Evolve technically with increasing autonomy, applying squad standards (MVVM/MVI, Compose, tests).
• Grow as a reliable team contributor, with a path to evolve to higher seniority roles.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

• Kotlin and solid experience in Android.
• Mobile architecture (Clean Architecture, MVVM/MVI), modularization, and scalability.
• Sense of ownership, critical thinking.

Desirable:

• Internal practices and processes: code review flow, squad rituals, architecture patterns adopted by the team.
• Technical pipeline: CI/CD mobile, test automation, release best practices.
• Specific knowledge: KMM and SDUI (when there is no deep prior experience).
