About the Role and Mission

You will be part of one of the largest digital ecosystems in the country, working on building mobile experiences that impact millions of customers daily. You will work with modern technology, high-scale challenges, autonomy to propose improvements, and a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth. Daily Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve native Android applications used by millions of customers.
• Implement new features using Kotlin and the best practices of the Android platform.
• Participate in the technical and architectural definitions of mobile products.
• Ensure quality through automated tests, code reviews, and good engineering practices.
• Work together with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and other technology teams.
• Monitor and improve performance, stability, and user experience indicators.
• Act in the identification, investigation, and correction of incidents in production.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the architecture and technical quality of applications.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and technical planning of deliveries.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with the technical development of the team.

Requirements

Required:

• Completed higher education.
• Availability to work on-site.
• Solid experience with native Android development.
• Advanced knowledge in Kotlin.
• Experience with Android SDK.
• Knowledge in MVVM and/or Clean Architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs consumption and integration.
• Knowledge in Git and code versioning.
• Experience with unit testing and quality best practices.
• Experience in agile methodologies.
• Analytical capacity and problem-solving.
• Good communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.

Desirable:

• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Knowledge in Coroutines and Flow.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Knowledge in application modularization.
• Experience with observability and monitoring of mobile applications.
• Experience in high-scale applications.
• Knowledge of SDUI.
• Experience in fintech, digital banks, or technology companies.
• Intermediate English for reading technical documentation.
