About the Role and Mission

You will develop the backend infrastructure that powers our intelligent chatbots, creating robust and scalable systems that process thousands of simultaneous conversations. Your goal will be to ensure seamless integration between different services and APIs, delivering fast and reliable responses to our users.

More than just coding, we want you to participate in architectural decisions and help build the technological foundation that supports high-quality conversational experiences.

Daily Responsibilities

• Develop backend applications in Java for chatbot systems.
• Apply design patterns, SOLID principles, and best practices in architecture.
• Work with distributed, synchronous, and asynchronous architectures using REST APIs and messaging.
• Utilize AWS services with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) to deploy all software components.
• Participate in technical discussions to define solutions and resolve problems.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technological field.
• Solid experience with Java development.
• Practical knowledge of AWS and its services.
• Experience with event processing and messaging.
• Proficiency in consuming and integrating with REST APIs.
• Application of design patterns, SOLID principles, and best practices in architecture.
• Experience with distributed systems development.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge in CI/CD and automation pipelines.
• Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code (IAC).
• Knowledge in application and API security.
• Experience with chatbots or conversational systems.
• Application monitoring and observability.
