About the Role and Mission

You will be part of the Supply Chain & Sales Finance team at Inter, directly working on building technological solutions for corporate credit products. Your mission will be to develop and evolve the infrastructure of these products.

Daily Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust backend applications in Java 17+;
Participate in architectural decisions and define technical standards within the team;
Ensure quality, security, and performance of systems in production;
Work with AWS cloud and integrations via RESTful APIs;
Act with microservices architecture, messaging, and observability;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment;
Provide technical support to less experienced developers in complex challenges;
Use AI tools in the development flow with autonomy and critical sense.

Requirements

Required:

Solid experience in Java 17+ backend development (5+ years);
Proficiency in Spring Boot;
Experience with design, implementation, and consumption of RESTful APIs;
Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle);
Experience with unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito);
Familiarity with Docker containers and CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins);
Active use of AI tools applied to development, such as Cursor, Kiro, Antigravity, GitLab Copilot, or similar;
Strong focus on quality, observability, and performance.

Desirable:

Experience with microservices architecture in production;
Knowledge of messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS);
Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB);
Knowledge of AWS (S3, SQS, RDS, ElastiCache);
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration;
Knowledge of observability (structured logs, metrics, tracing);
Cloud certifications.
