About the Role and Mission

You will be part of the consignado team, focusing on the management of the active portfolio, working on the development and evolution of regulatory and registry systems that support the main operations of public and private consignado, with a focus on quality, scalability, performance, and security.

Daily Responsibilities

• Propose solutions for architecture and technical standards;
• Develop and maintain backend applications in Java;
• Ensure quality, security, and performance of systems;
• Work with AWS cloud and integrations via APIs;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment;
• Provide technical support to the team in complex challenges.

Requirements

Mandatory:

• Availability to work on-site in Belo Horizonte/MG or Recife/PE;
• Experience with software architecture and separation of layers;
• Solid experience in Java backend development (5+ years);
• Knowledge in AWS (S3, SQS, RDS, Redis);
• Knowledge in relational and non-relational databases;
• Good foundation in algorithms, data structures, and design patterns;
• Experience with CI/CD (preferably GitLab);
• Integration with REST APIs;
• Strong focus on quality, observability, and performance.

Desirable:

• Experience with Micronaut;
• Microservices architecture;
• Experience with performance, scalability, and high availability;
• Cloud certifications;
• Experience using AI First (SDD).
