Software Developer/Engineer - Graduate Development Program

Our Graduate Development Program is a three-year journey designed for recent graduates who are eager to challenge existing processes and are driven to automate and reinvent the way things work. The program is structured into four progressive phases, each with distinct learning objectives. Tasks evolve according to your abilities and interests, ensuring a personalized experience.

From day one, you will join ION on a full-time permanent contract, take on real responsibilities on live projects, and be paired with senior professionals who will guide your development throughout the entire journey.

Responsibilities

Across the phases, you will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art methodologies and technologies in our agile product development environment. Your work will include:

• Contributing directly to the development of ION's products, from requirements through to delivery
• Designing, developing, and testing software solutions across different technology stacks
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and ship innovative, high-impact products
• Solving complex technical problems and translating them into scalable, efficient solutions

Requirements

• Master's degree in a STEM discipline - obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record
• Programming experience in one or more of: Java, C#, C++, JavaScript, Typescript, Python
• Strong communicator, collaborative by nature, and fluent in English (B2+)
• Based in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit

Gross Salary Range

33,000 - 38,000 EUR
