Software Engineer (Fullstack)

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience in Python and TypeScript to join our remote team. This role offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to work in a fast-growing business group, collaborating with a multicultural team of top professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications
• Design and implement efficient High Load APIs
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications
• Implement security measures and data protection in line with industry standards
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
• Write technical documentation and maintain system architecture diagrams
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including production fullstack delivery
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript
• Experience with back-end frameworks (FastAPI)
• Solid experience with Angular (standalone components, signals, OnPush strategy)
• Expertise in object-oriented programming and SOLID principles
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
• Strong knowledge of concurrency, parallelism, and related concepts
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of SQL database systems
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Testing and quality mindset; understanding Test Pyramid methodology and different Test Categories (pytest, Jasmine/Karma or similar)
• Understanding of Observability (structured logging, metrics, traces, OpenTelemetry) and Reliability (retries, backoff, idempotency)
• Experience with authentication and authorization (OIDC/JWT; Keycloak or similar identity providers)

Nice to Have

• Experience with message brokers (e.g., NATS JetStream, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical/OLAP databases
• Experience with Playwright or similar browser automation
