Software Engineer (RPA/Blue Prism)

About the Position

We are seeking an RPA Developer (Blue Prism) to keep our enterprise automation platform secure, stable, and ready to scale. You will own platform administration, VDI and infrastructure support, upgrades and compliance, plus a major modernization initiative including migrating workloads out of VMware.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the RPA platform infrastructure including VDI, servers, and core components
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, and drive root-cause fixes to protect availability
• Partner with governance, risk, and compliance teams to address findings and support audits
• Coordinate with vendors and internal infrastructure teams on upgrades, patches, and security hardening
• Plan and execute migration activities to move RPA workloads and infrastructure out of VMware
• Build, configure, and maintain VDI environments used by the automation platform
• Maintain Blue Prism environments including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching
• Create and maintain platform documentation for architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform operations in an enterprise environment
• Blue Prism administration skill sets including configuration, patching, upgrades, and environment management
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) engineering skill sets including build, configuration, and ongoing support
• Infrastructure support capability across servers, monitoring, troubleshooting, and change management
• Experience supporting platform governance, risk, and compliance activities including remediation work
• Migration support experience, ideally moving workloads off VMware or through major infrastructure transitions
• Documentation skill sets for platform architecture, operational procedures, and technical configurations
• Clear communication and collaboration skill sets when working with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams
